Digital Concierge is a very useful tool we use to keep track of communications from numerous job candidates. Sending text messages and having transcripts from voicemails makes following up extremely easy. Call forwarding to a cell phone allows us to answer calls while away from our desk line as well. We have been using the Digital Concierge system for a few years now. There are a number of features of this system that benefit us. In the event of an extenuating circumstance where one of our facilities will be closed for the day we can easily route incoming calls from that facility to another facility so our existing tenant and/or prospective new customer calls don’t go unanswered. Customers have the ability to text us directly from our website and, of course, we have the ability to respond to those texts as they are received. Both of these features greatly increase our response time.
